"role install" with default roles_path value, triggers creation of '{{ ANSIBLE_HOME ~ " folder about ansible HOT 6 CLOSED

I apologize for the following apparently naive question, but I need to ask it because English is not my native language.
So, should I just write something like

roles_path=/roles:/usr/share/ansible/roles:/etc/ansible/roles:/home/a/ansible/roles

?

configuration items are not templatable outside of defaults, this is a bug with how ansible-config dumps the data to create the file, you should get resolved templates and not the original default with the template string. It is on my list to fix.
