Sorry to connect you out of the blue.

I'm interested to test this Vertica UDFA, do you have a build instruction? Also if you could kindly let me know the readiness and any known issue that will be great.

Causes Crash in Vertica 9.0.1

Looks like there's some issue that causes a crash in Vertica 9.0.1

Here is the output from the logs:

This was done using the lates provided Vertica VMWare Image from the site.

Need HLL column to be Varbinary

When importing HLL data to vertica the only real choice is to use HEX. Vertica can only import hex_to_binary into a binary column. I've overloaded HLL_MERGE_COMPUTE to use varbinary as an input type. Would you like be to add it to the project?
